📋Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Bubbleboy's Grocery Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

✅Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Plan personal meals and grocery shopping
• Manage ingredient and dish information for personal or household use
• Store and retrieve your meal planner data via your own Google Drive

You must have a valid Google account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

🚫Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App in ways that violate applicable law
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use the App commercially or resell access to it without written permission

💾Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you create and store using the App. Your meal planner data is saved in your own Google Drive and is not accessible to the App's developer.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. The App's developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from bugs, browser issues, Google Drive outages, or accidental deletion.

By connecting your Google account, you grant the App permission to read and write your designated meal planner file on your behalf. This access can be revoked at any time through your Google Account settings.

📝Intellectual Property

The App's source code, design, and documentation are the property of the developer. The App's UI is built on the HTML5 UP "Dimension" template, used under its CC BY 3.0 license.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the App without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses.

⚠️Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information produced by the App
• That defects will be corrected

🛡️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or meal plans
• Loss of access to your Google Drive
• Any damages arising from reliance on information provided by the App
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

🔗Third-Party Services

The App relies on Google services (Sign-In and Drive API). Your use of those services is governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The App's developer has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of Google or any other third-party services.

🔄Changes to the App or These Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
